Parenting Plans

Parents can agree to arrangements about schooling, medical concerns, what activities children can partake in, how the children get to activities and times parents are involved in their children's activities.

Agreements need to be made about the day to day arrangements of parenting by the parents. The more people who are involved the more complex the agreement. Agreements can take several forms, they can be

verbal,
recorded on a calendar, or
Entered into a "parenting agreement".

Formal Parenting Agreements can be developed through: Mediation, Collaborative Law, and with the assistance of legal counsel.
